SCOPE
At SpaLution, we partnered at the master-plan level to embed world-class spa & wellness ecosystems within luxury resort destinations. For The Heart of Europe development in Dubai, we collaborated to craft the spa strategy for the Raison d’Être-branded wellness component—defining brand positioning, service architecture, operational model and guest journey so that wellness becomes a core pillar of the resort’s identity and value proposition.
