Scope:

• Full-scope consultancy from concept through to launch, covering brand strategy, positioning and guest experience design

• Master-planning of reception, retail, treatment suites, fitness studios, salon, café/social lounge and guest circulation

• Service menu design, treatment protocols (spa, body, facial), fitness and wellness programming

• Design guidance for FF&E, interior finishes, wellness/fitness flow and signature zones

• Operational modelling: staffing structure, membership / club model, pricing framework, revenue streams (spa + salon + fitness + retail)
